I got a new Japanese Nata tool from Bespoke Post. It is perfect for clear ice.
It isn’t Memorial Day without clear ice. Much fun (and tequila) was had by all. The fresh squeezed pineapple, watermelon, orange, and lime, helped.
In the latest issue of Imbibe magazine, there was an article about Armagnac. Turns out it goes great over clear ice. It has the scent of a brandy, but the finish of a bourbon. Great stuff!
Why can't we get this in America? Some day! I know Quari Ice is trying!
