I came across an article about a new clear ice company in Vancouver, BC called Kodama Ice Company. Check out their Instagram! I've added them to the Maker directory.

To me cutting ice is one of the most meditational and satisfying aspects of bartending and from the guests perspective, it adds that extra level of service that truly puts the 'craft' into cocktails. Kodama Ice Co can provide block ice for those that prefer to cut their own, like @thekeeferbar and some of the other amazing restaurants in Vancouver that we already deliver to. No experience with this? No problem. With the pandemic in full swing around Boston, most of the ice shops are just starting to open back up. I'm hoping in June I can restock my supplies! The freezer is currently empty. Here is a picture of the LAST clear ice cube in the house. May we quickly see better days...
