To me cutting ice is one of the most meditational and satisfying aspects of bartending and from the guests perspective, it adds that extra level of service that truly puts the 'craft' into cocktails. Kodama Ice Co can provide block ice for those that prefer to cut their own, like @thekeeferbar and some of the other amazing restaurants in Vancouver that we already deliver to. No experience with this? No problem.
